Hierarchy Music Return & Refund Policy
At Hierarchy Music, we strive to provide high-quality services tailored to each client’s needs. Due to the nature of digital services and marketing campaigns, we have specific policies in place to ensure fairness and transparency.
Order Cancellation: You may request to cancel your order within 24-48 hours of purchase. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Non-Refundable Once Service Begins: Once a campaign, distribution, or promotional service has commenced, the order becomes non-refundable unless the service is not rendered as agreed.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be considered if the service was not delivered or if there is a clear failure to fulfill the agreed-upon service. Dissatisfaction does not guarantee a refund unless a breach of service terms has occurred.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued back to the original method of payment.
